A candidate onboarding portal with eligibility screening and document management
An onboarding portal for candidates arriving from campaigns: passwordless signup, eligibility details, admin approval and secure document upload. On the admin side — a dashboard for reviewing candidates, approving documents, managing permissions and exporting leads, with multi-brand support and full analytics.
The challenge
An organisation had to manage a high flow of candidates arriving from campaigns — from low-friction signup, through eligibility screening, to collecting documents — without a heavy CRM and with tiered admin permissions. It also needed passwordless login gated by candidate status, tight security, and support for several brands on the same system.
The outcome
A Next.js application was built and shipped: a public candidate portal, status-gated passwordless login, and a full admin dashboard for approving candidates and documents. It includes file upload to Cloudflare R2, lead export, email notifications (Brevo), analytics and UTM tracking, weekly encrypted backups and multi-brand support — deployed on Vercel.
