The site weblift.co.il (the "Site") is operated by WebLift ("we", "us"). These terms govern use of the Site and the content published on it.

Browsing and using the Site constitute full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

These terms are addressed to every person, regardless of gender.

The content on the Site — including service descriptions, the solutions catalogue, the project pages and the FAQ — is general marketing information only.

The Site contains no binding offer, no price quote and no undertaking to supply any service, in any scope or by any date.

Scope of work, timelines, fees, recurring charges and warranties are determined solely by a written agreement signed by both parties. Where the Site and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

You may browse the Site, read it, and share links to it for legitimate personal or business use. You may not:

All rights in the Site — including its design, structure, source code, text, graphics, logo and the WebLift trade marks — are reserved to WebLift.

None of it may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified or used to create a derivative work, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

The projects shown on the Site were built for clients. Their names, logos and trade marks are their property and are shown for identification and to present our work.

Showing them implies no claim of ownership on our part, and no sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by their owners unless expressly stated.

The content on the Site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it may contain errors, inaccuracies or details that are out of date.

The content must not be relied on as professional, legal, accounting, tax or security advice, and is no substitute for advice on your specific circumstances.

We do not undertake that the Site will be continuously available, free of faults, or reachable at any given time or from any given device.

We may change the Site, its structure and its content, and may discontinue it, at any time and without prior notice.

Subject to any applicable law, we will not be liable for any damage — direct, indirect, consequential or special — arising from use of the Site, from reliance on its content, from its unavailability, or from any fault in it.

Please report it to the address at the end of this document, allow us a reasonable period to address it before publishing, and avoid degrading the service, accessing other people's information, or altering or deleting data.

The Site contains links to third-party sites and services. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Including a link is not a recommendation or an endorsement of what lies on the other side of it.

The Site's accessibility status, the adaptations made and the known limitations are set out in the accessibility statement. Both documents are linked from the foot of every page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update appears at the foot of it.

Continuing to use the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms and the use of the Site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them lies with the competent courts of the Haifa District.

This document is presented in several languages for readers' convenience. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between versions, the Hebrew version governs.
