The standard this site was built to

This site is built to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which adopts the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

What was made accessible

• Full keyboard navigation, with a clear indicator on the focused element and a skip link straight to the content.
• Correct heading structure and page landmarks, so a screen reader can scan and navigate the page.
• Full contrast on body text, and a high-contrast mode available from the accessibility menu.
• A text description for every image and every button that carries no words.
• Forms with linked labels and error messages that are announced by a screen reader.
• The operating system's reduce-motion setting is respected — the site's animations stop.
• The site works at up to 200% zoom and at any screen width, including a phone.
• The site is served in twelve languages, with the writing direction set from the language.
• A persistent accessibility menu on every page: larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, stopped animations and a readable font.

Browsers tested

The site was tested in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and on a phone.

Known limitations

• The orange action buttons are the brand's colour, and the white label on them does not reach the required contrast ratio. The accessibility menu's high-contrast mode replaces them with a readable version.
• An intro screen is shown for a few seconds. Any key, a scroll or a touch skips it, and it is not shown at all when reduce motion is set.
• External services the site links to, such as WhatsApp, are outside our control and their accessibility is their operators' responsibility.
• A particular component or page may not yet be fully accessible. If you hit one, tell us and we will fix it.
